Since the requirement for aluminum tooling is not cost-effective for low-volume production, this offers a more efficient solution.

The polystyrene pattern produced using a die is replaced with a machined polystyrene pattern.

This process is ideal for low-volume, high-precision, high-integrity castings with customized design.
